A carousel of carousels

Vous voyiez, je vous avais dit que je serais là ! Voici donc un carrousel sur... les carrousels ! C'est une série que je voulais faire depuis longtemps, parce que ces manèges me rappellent de très bons souvenirs d'enfance. Ils sont synonymes pour moi de fin de vacances et de crêpes au chocolat mangées au bord de la mer...

Sur une note moins nostalgique, pendant ma disparition prolongée de ce blog, je me suis mise à Pinterest, et vous pouvez me suivre ici, sous le pseudo de Mimillon (on reste dans la thématique des souvenirs, puisque c'est le surnom que me donnait ma soeur quand nous étions petites) ! A la semaine prochaine ;)

See, I told you I would be there! Here comes a carousel about... carousels! This is a post I have been wanting to do for a long time, because they remind me of very happy memories. To me, they equal to end of holidays and chocolate crêpes eaten by the sea...

On a less nostalgic note, I opened a Pinterest account during my blog vacancy. You can follow me here, under the pseudo Mimillon (which is my childhood nickname, so we stay in the memory theme)!

Portraits by Steven Meisel

Bon donc, je recommence à blogger - ce qui serait probablement l'opportunité parfaite pour vous expliquer à quel point ma vie a été occupée ces derniers temps et comme je suis contente de pouvoir de nouveau enregistrer compulsivement des images sur mon disque dur en attendant de leur trouver un thème commun. Mais comme j'ai des feuilletés chèvre-miel et une partie de 7 wonders qui m'attendent, je me contenterai de célébrer mon retour en grande pompe grâce à un de mes photographes préférés : Steven Meisel. So, I am back to blogging. This would be the perfect opportunity to explain how difficult my life has been these last six months and how happy I am to be hoarding fashion pictures on my hard drive again, waiting to find a common theme for them. But since diner and a 7 Wonders game are waiting for me, I will just lavishly celebrate my return with one of my favourite photographer: Steven Meisel.
